  1. This one came from a local gym blog. I didn't feel right today... chest pains, pressure in neck, etc. so I couldn't go full tilt. Did my best... still feel messed up.

    36 burpee box jumps
43 snatches (75 lb barbell power snatch)

21 pullups (almost skipped pullups, felt awful). pullups, as always nowadays, were 3/4 ROM.

  2. That looks brutal Fletcher. I did this at a box the other day in Cheyenne. It was super difficult cause the box rules made it so you had step down from the box even if you jumped up, that weird. This one would have kicked my ass either way.

    Row 20 calories
    15 24" Box Jumps
    10 Knees to Elbows
    Total time: 15:20ish

  3. In Cheyenne today the WOD was 15.5 or row for calories 95# thrusters 27,21,15,9. It kicked my ass into the dirt again. Got an 18 second PR at 12 minutes flat but don't feel good about it. Started to feel like I was going to pass out rowing in the round of 15.

    1. Did you seriously feel like you were going to pass out? How long did that crappy feeling last? Saturday I felt crappy most of the day... but I think I know why... I think it's because I drank the night before (not a ton, like 5?) and had coffee Saturday morning, too much... which my body is sensitive to. All of that was messing with my nervous system, and then I hit a horrible WOD.

  4. It was about five to ten seconds it seemed like the lights were about to go out, then I came back. I have been fighting a bug now for about five days, not sick but not well. Wake up with congestion and cough in the morning and then it clears, but I know I can't breathe fully during the wods.
