400 Meter Run
185 lb Front Squat, 10 reps
20 GHD Sit-ups

  1. Back from Dallas, did this one this am. subbed 105 lb front squats for the 185. Subbed 500m rows for the run portion.
    Completed 4 rounds in 20 mins.
