AMRAP in 12 minutes: 3 Snatch, 6 C&J, 9 CTB, 54 DUs.

  1. Modified this to be a 15 minute AMRAP and scaled barbell to 95 lbs cos of shoulder. Also did 54 mountain climbers instead of DUs because of knee. Got 4 rounds + 3 snatch + 4 C&J. Good WOD. Did a good 15 minutes of warmup work beforehand, including 30 inch worms. Couldn't get the fellas to do somersaults with me, they were scared.

  2. Scaled to 75 lb, completed 4 rounds, 3 snatches. Instead of Mtn Climbers, I subbed 54 air squats in.

  3. I did this as rx'd and got 3 rounds on the buzzer. Definitely a great met con.
