Josh and I follow Chelle's lead and did some WOD she made up, or, at least some of it. She wrote it up as:
EMOM 14 min
odd min- 7 thrusters/20 sit ups
even min- 10 lateral jumps/7 wall balls
rest 3 minutes
EMOM 12 min
odd min- 7 Push press/5 toes to bar
even min- 5 box junps/7 wall balls
rest 3 minutes
EMOM 10 min
odd min- 5 pull ups/sit ups until the minute is over
even min- 5 burpees/7 wall balls

I only did the first two, the 14 and the 12. For the 14 I did 95 lb thrusters and instead of lat. jumps did 55 lb KBS. I only completed the thrusters and situps within a minute like 2 out of 7 tries... I just got too tired to get all of that done.
ReplyDeleteThe 12 minute one I did 100 lb barbell curls 10 reps instead of push press. I got to where I couldn't complete the TTBs in that one either.
But anyway, good WOD for a Sunday!! Then the Broncos went to Chicago and got a big road win, so that was fun.
