Mini Chipper Crossfit Frontier

  1. So it is turning out to be pretty fun to work out in a box. Today we started with some percentage oly work finishing out with three clean and jerk singles at 80% of max weight then hit this little dozy.
    100 DU
    25 TTB
    25 Squat
    10 Muscle up
    25 Squat
    25 TTB
    100 DU
    Was a gasser except for the muscle ups and the second round of TTB, those were slow. TT 14:55

  2. Thanks for throwing this on the blog. I did it this morning with my buddy Chad who has recently started joining me in the mornings.

    Did it RX except the Muscle Ups, subbed in Chest to Bar pull-ups, which I know allowed times to be quick.

  3. That was a good one for sure. I bet it was twice the gasser with CTB cause then you really did not get a break, just straight back to TTB and DUs.
