  1. did this saturday AM after being gone for 10 days in Belize. Mind blowing trip.

    I actually didn't time this workout, I wanted to get back into the gym after downtime and focus on form and go 75-80% effort.

    Used 185 for DLs, did ring dips for bench, and 115 for squat cleans. It was good to get back in and work.

  2. Did this one as well. 155lb bench, went light at 83 lb DL and Hanging Squat Cleans to keep my lower back in working order.
