21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Lunge, Thrusters, Pullups, K2E

  1. Well I sure did underestimate this one. I was thinking "Two Frans, some K2E, and lunges, sub 20!" Nope. 27:32 RX'd. Had three buddies join me this fine morning, had the hard rock cranked up, neighbors were pleased.

    I actually did all pullups and my bicep tendon is still not all the way better. Maybe this is why it's not better? LOL. Go Broncos.

  2. Fletcher, I surprised the shit out of myself and I beat your time with a 26:58ish time. I say ish cause the watch did not stop, so it could be a few seconds either way. However, I get a big fat * by my score because I went lunges, pullups, thruster, then K2E. I think it probably made a difference, cause it has to be harder to go from pullups to K2Es than thrusters. Either way it was a good wod and I am going to be sore. All my FRAN muscles were already sore from well FRAN.
