I scaled the 2nd and 3rd round of OHS to 100 and 150, the rest RX'd. I could have done the whole WOD RX'd, it is physically possible for me, but I didn't want to overdo it. TT 18:52Not that fast, I know... I was focused on solid form and ROM.
