    Scaled the PPs and Thrusters down to 115. Alternated running and rowing.

    Now a 70 minute uphill heart pounding bike ride to work. Never done this before (WOD and bike in one AM).

  2. Be careful Fletcher, I did WOD then mow the yard after the 19 the other night and I did not feel right for like four hours...

  3. That's because you gave the 19 the appropriate level of effort. I rode slower than usual this AM... time was 70 minutes, usually about 64 minutes, so that helped. Man, I burned me some calories this AM.

    Going to the NFL Season Opener tonight... I am a big time Bronco fan so I am all fired up!! GO BRONCOS.
