    Same drill as last time:

    Warmup: 135x10, 185x5, 215x5

    WOD: 285x3,305x3,315x3,325x3,325x3

    Cooldown: 2 mile run

  2. Thanks Chris, glad to see you back on the board. I did this one warm up then 5x5 at 320. Pretty good work load for me. I messed around with bar muscle ups. I can't get the transition figured out, but they are now on my to do list.
