Shoulder Day

  1. I struggled like hell to press 135 and somehow kept going to 165 but then I failed at 170, so I figured it was just not my day to go overhead so did this instead:
    10rds
    25 Double Unders + 5 Ring Dips

    Turned out to be a great wod for me, got heat rate going and worked on some weaknesses. 12:58 as rx'd.
