  1. This WOD just hurts and then hurts some more after the first two rounds. Today it was just the sittups that ruined my time, everything else was good, but the were terrible.

    Was happy with pullups. I need to find away to anchor the situps, they took over two minutes each round after the first, pathetic.

  3. Did it yesterday, I can't sleep past 5:30am in the summer unless it is raining, too many years in the trades working outside, so I was posting early. I did just get back from a true rocky 4 style hill climb run. It was awesome, crushed myself and enjoyed a symbolic three minutes of rest to take in the views at the top:)

  4. Yes, you know when Barbara comes up... you are going to do some work.

    I had to scale the pullups, biceps tendon is hurting me lately, lots of cleans and it's still not healed.

    So in round 1 I did 15 (which hurt) so the rest of the rounds I cut them in half and did 10 per round.

    Therefore, round times are skewed of course.
