Sprint 100m/C&J 1 Heavy/Muscle Ups

  1. Good wod. I picked 200#s for the clean and jerk. Muscle ups went 2,2,2,1,2. Both the clean and jerk and muscle ups took a ton of concentration after the first two rounds.

    I did 175 lb CJ's, and max rep ring dips

    Time was 9:02, RDs went 15,14,10,10,10

    That was an interesting WOD.

    FGB with the crew tomorrow... OHS+core Thursday... that's the plan anyway.

    Also plan to get about 70 miles on the road bike this week commuting to work.

  3. I didn't write down the final time because I figured my 1 and 2 muscle up rounds were way to fast. One of those wods were the better you are the longer it takes. Rounds were between a minute and a minute thirty.
