  2. I did this one today as well and completed 6 rounds.
    First 5 rounds I used 40# DBs then on my 6th I dropped to 35# DBs.

  3. I used a 105# barbell for this work out and got 5 rounds + 10 thrusters + 15 DUs. The wheels really came off after I completely round five. Started off round 6 with 2 thrusters and having to dump the bar at the bottom of rep three.
