Muscle Up every 15 seconds

  1. Made it through 15 reps and the arms just laughed at me when I went to grab the rings for number 16. It was interesting loading compared to the 30 MU for time wod. Trying a new warm up it seems pretty good, so I thought I would share.

    Arm Circles
    10 jump to squat
    Row 20 calories
    30 Double unders
    10 Strict Burpees
    20 Wall Balls
    10 Strict Pullups (go for max reps, i got 11 once)
    10 Strict Ring Dips
    20 OHS with bar
    20 GHD
    20 Back Ex
    Max rep HSP(so far four hahaha at me)
    30 DUs

    It has been good. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to go through it with little breaks. Feel really good and warm and ready to work out after it is done.

  2. Went to the park for this one. Did bar muscle-ups instead of ring. Rings too low in the garage, but I am in the process of making a free standing rings/rope climb/wall ball/pull-up bar thing in my backyard.

    Only made it to 11 reps.
