3 RFT 35 lb DB presses, 35 lb WPUs, 35 lb WRDs

  1. First round RX'd in 6:25, 2nd round got through 14 WPUs and had to drop to 25 lbs... was hurting my arm and I ran out of power. Also did 25 lb RDs.... got round 2 done this way by minute 15. Finished with RX'd on presses and also round three with 25 lbs in 22:42. Muscles got worn out. Haven't done pullups in over two months except once a week ago... these are chin ups I am doing, still.... even a single palms out pullup tears me up. Moving next Thursday... will be in temporary housing at mother in laws for a few months... we'll figure out a way to WOD.

  2. I did this pretty good the whole way through rx'd, but then I ran into complete muscle failure after rep 5 on the last round of ring dips. It just happens on the ring dips, I think, because it is such an isolated movement. Tried about 6 reps and the just gave up and finished the last 5 unweighted in 23:01.
