30 minute AMRAP 12 lunges, 15 GHDs 15 BE 5 MU

  1. Fletcherized version had 8 pullups (chin ups) and 8 ring dips for the 5 MUs.

    I also did 8 rounds for time, because if I go beyond 120 GHDs I will be in big big trouble.

    Hence, 24:16 as described. Good WOD. Moving for the next 6 days so I'll get plenty of work in.

  2. Did this as rx'd. Started out with a pr of 5 unbroken MUs with the full games style turn out at the bottom. Yes, I felt pretty cool. Stopped after seven rounds in about 23 minutes because of a large tear developing on my left hand. Tried to tape it but then could not grip the rings. I am sure I will still be sore as hell tomorrow.
