  1. I did this after a pretty good cross country ski and did not have the motivation to spend a full forty on this, so I quit after four rounds. Counted start up time to get to a 1:25 or lower split.

    I don't think I was even going to get sub 1:25 for more than one or two more rounds, so I just called it a day.

  2. Set the timer to 2:00 intervals and did ten of them. Went all out for as long as I could. My best was holding a sub 1:45 pace for about 45 seconds. The rest pretty much sucked.
