Weighted Pullups 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5

  1. I did some strict chest to bar pull ups to start and then tried an opening set of strict CTB with 10#s, but I could only get to four reps. Did all of these as strict as possible and ran out of time at eight sets.

    27.5# x 3-1-1
    27.5# x 4-1
    27.5# x 3-1
    20# x 5

    A little bit of weight goes along way to making a strict set of 5 hard as frozen shitake mushrooms.
