3rds row 50 cal/150 DU/50 lunge steps

  1. Yesterdays push presses crushed my triceps and todays rowing crushed my forearms, which in turn crushed my ability to do double unders. I was slow on this but somehow I talked myself into finishing it as rx'd. 33:47

  2. First WOD in a week, recovering from flu. I subbed 50 1.5 pood KBS for the DUs... did two rounds in 18:30 or so, wasn't pushing hard today... still hacking bloody phlegm. Awesome, huh?
