Been traveling,so mostly running and hitting obstacle courses on greenways and such when available. Back home today, so I did this one after a twenty minute run, CTB rx'd and OHS rx'd with 100# reflecting my 200# morning weigh in. CTB 10 rd + 6 OHS 8 rd + 4 I really thought I would have done better on the OHS but I hit the wall in a hurry when I hit it on those.
