  1. Rowed instead of running... scaled C&J to 135, dips were plyo box dips with feet up too, lunges were with 45 lb KBs in each hand, subbed GHD for TTB,.. .so ya, I butchered this one. Limited gear over here. Last workout at mother in law's house... moving this weekend, not sure when new gym will be done, I'm guessing a week or two. It's gonna be pretty sweet though. TT 24:57.
