Rowing and dumbbell squat snatches

  1. 18:46 RX'd. Got good at switching from one hand to the other on the way down instead of dropping and picking the DB back up. It was a fun exercise in dexterity. I was super winded after this WOD... great metcon effect.

  2. Did this yesterday 12.8.14 and it kicked by butt. TT 19:16. I dropped the weight to 35 lbs.
