10-1 CTBs, 30" BJs, and GHDs

  1. Had to do box step-ups after failing twice. My legs are gone after yesterday. I also did the dips and pullups WOD two days ago, so this one REALLY hurt my shoulders and elbows... I feel all messed up. Definitely resting tomorrow.

    Did two back to back legless 15' rope climbs too... maybe that's what's wrong with my shoulders and elbows actually LOL. That shit is strenuous!

  2. Fletcher, just so you know i'm not slacking. Here is what an oly day looks like. Percentages are of max snatch for snatch work and max clean for front squats. The front squats and box jumps at the end are killer.

    Snatch pull 3x3 @ 190# 98%
    Snatch deadlift 3x3 & 205# 103%
    Muscle snatch max for day 170#
    Power snatch 1x4 @ 155# 82%
    Snactch 1x3 @ 150# 79% (very, very hard after the other work)

    Front Squat 5x5 + 5 24" box jumps @ 205# 81% one minute rest. This was just about all I could take today. Last few front squats just about did not happen.

    I highly recomend you guys try the front squats + box jumps. It is a great met con.

    9, 8, 7 were over half, then rolled through the rest.
