Run 800, 10 rounds of 1 legged squats and HSPUs, Run 800

    I did row 500M and run 400 each round, shoulder doesn't like overhead so I did 10 "straight backed nose to floor" pushups with a 35 lb weight sitting on the small of my back instead. I really did do 100 1 legged squats ass to shoe horn.. deep every time. Up on a plyo box. That last run my legs were pretty numb and Jell-O-ish... but I pushed hard to get it sub 24:00 and finished at 23:58. My legs haven't taken a beating like that in a long time. I almost fell down the stairs.

  3. Nice work Justinius the STRONG! I woke up this AM with a sore throat and clogged ears so I might be MIA for a bit. My glutes are VERY sore... dude, 100 pistols will beat you down. It's good too since I can't lift heavy, this is a way for me to "Squat heavy" or least feel like I did.

  4. Ugh, had to sub for both exercises. My knee's won't take that kind of squat anymore so I subbed one legged hack squats 100#. The HSPU's i had to sub because of tendonitis in my wrist. I tried but the pressure on my thumb to wrist was too much so I did 180# shoulder presses where I could use my palm as opposed to the weight directly on my whole hand. Eh, I got it in at least. I'm sure my ass will be sore from the squats. 23:11
