No 5K run for me. I wish. I rowed 2K in 7:18 then did 2 rope climbs right after (which was insane, I could not breath and my muscles were locking up). I wanted to do 5 rope climbs but there was no way dude.
I haven't been able to train since Friday so this was much needed. I finally ran a 3K under 27 minutes so I am effin' stoked!!! That last 1/10th was a sprint and got me in just under @ 26:35 RX'd. This was very hard for me mentally as I wanted to back it down but figured the only way to reach that goal would be to suffer and enjoy the pain : ) Have fun!!
Wy, I've emailed you my contact info and invited you over several times, so the ball is in your court my man. You can come over any time and WOD and I would love to have you!
Had a new guy over today for FGB and he is a former marine. He chewed up the rope climbs and spit them out, had very good technique. Did 4 in a row easily.

ReplyDeleteRan 1 mile = 9:30 - dropped a bomb
Rowed 2k = 9:00.2
Ran 1 mile = 11:33
Total Excercise time - just under 30 minutes
Total Overall - about 35 or so
