Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3
Hey guys... was out sick for a few days. Did a killer mtn bike ride Sunday (95 minutes, most of that climbing) and today I went back and made up "Michael" to get back into things. There was a hero WOD I missed so I have two buddies coming over tomorrow and we are going to make that one up. It was the one with 4 rounds of BJ, burpees, and squat cleans. Can't remember what it was called... have it written on the whiteboard upstairs. Keep after it boys. Consistency = results.

ReplyDeleteDid my 5x5 shoulder press today and got 155x4, damn it was so close.
ReplyDeleteThen 3 rounds run 400m + 15 GHD situps. That is a suprisingly nasty little WOD. TT=8:57.
So I did this one last Monday and forgot to post. My wrist is still all jacked (even now) so for this one I started on bar and then had to move to the hammer strength. The bar resting on my thumb/tendon is very painful so I had to alter the angle. Not as exciting since bar compared to a machine movement is very different. started at 205 on bar, then moved to hammer after.

If all was right w/my wrist, I would have prob maxed out around 250. BIG difference.
