five rounds of handstand walks and 50 squats

  1. I changed this up... very sore from yesterday's WOD (run 800, pullups/dips run again) and didn't want to go overhead again cos of the shoulder, so I punished myself as follows:

    5 rounds
    15 TTB
    20 double unders
    50 squats

    I moved fast nearly constantly... talking tough to myself in my head, asking myself if I am pushing as hard as I can, asking myself if I am going through the motions or is this all I can do? TT 14:39 Rounds went 2:47, 3:03, 3:01, 3:01, 2:47.

    Last round I was a Tasmanian Devil. Did squats unbroken in round 5.. the burn left me on the ground for several minutes when done.

    Give it everything guys.
