  1. Tough WOD, but that's how a hero WOD should be.
    I scaled FS and PP to 135, everything else RX'd. I'm still not 100%, breathing and pushing hard was tough.

    FS RX'd, DL 175, PP 125 scaled to cater to injury like always. Spent a lot of time swapping weights around. My buddy Heath joined me and he managed to get to the top of the rope and tap the 15 foot target. This was his third day of messing around on the rope. We had the whole family out there cheering him on and yelling. He was very excited to have gotten that done.

  4. Forgot to mention, yesterday did a 94 minute mountain bike ride that include a 64 minute climb with heart rate about 160+ the whole climb. PR on the climb is 55 minutes (2 years ago) but for early season being 9 minutes off isn't THAT bad.. it's still bad though. Leg strength was solid, it's the lungs, people. Need to bike more. CrossFit is great for general fitness but if you want to kick ass at a sport you have to train that sport.
