Did power clean to save on my knee and hit a lifetime pr of 240, pr by 2 pounds. Stoked about that. Then pull-ups started out awkward and only got worse 8:21. Wall balls in 7:47 for a total of 16:09.
Fun WOD here. Haven't done 100 PU's in a year or more since I messed up my bicep tendon. Did em' today though! I did kip..
TT 14:40, pullups were 9 or so, Wall balls went pretty good..... last two sets were 17/13, that ending was nastola.
Cleans went up to 205x3... I really wish I could do a 1RM but it's not wise for me. 205x3 was a little challenging, but not too bad, third one made me dizzy. Rested not at all... put the weights away and started the timer.
Jason went 155 on the PC, then 18:06 on the WOD, with the first 70 WBs to 8 1/2 feet until I was done and got out of his way in the rope chute so he could do the last 30 to 10 feet.

ReplyDeleteI didn't do the clean on this WOD. Also my pull-ups are all dead hangs now, I can't do kipping anymore with these shoulders of mine.
