  1. Damn it, I should have gotten under 20. TT 20:24 RX'd except triples... I did DU's instead. First time doing DU's in months....

    TTB's slowed me way down. DL's were "easy" through 35, and then something happened. PCs were harder than I thought... and thrusters are what thrusters are. That's it. No alcohol last night... going to not drink alcohol M-Thurs. Just declared this yesterday... the only time it's tempting is for like the first 2 hours after I get home from work, then I don't care anymore. Slept good!

  2. awesome time Fletcher! around 25 minutes for me with DU's too. I put some chocolate powder in my coffee and i think that hurt me bad. two guys showed up to fix the water filter during the burpees, they looked at me like i was fucking crazy.
