  2. Wow, Dave! Solid... especially those pull-ups. When I do this tomorrow, I am going... for the first time, not pace at all. I am going to do as many as possible in the first set and continue that mindset. Numbers won't be as good, but the effect will be more.

  3. Went out of the gate strong in each round and never recovered. Not a terrible total, but much less than I was hoping for...
    Pullups 17,7,6,6,6,5,5,5 57

    Squats 17,15,15,14,14,12,13 100

    Total was 309

    Dang Dave, would have been a good race. Nice work on those pull ups for sure. That is really strong with the dead hangs.

  4. Pull-ups were dead hangs and they were brutal to maintain a 7. Tough little WOD, I forgot how much it sucked.

    Pullups: 8,7,8,7,7,7,7,7 = 58
    Pushups: 18,13,12,10,9,9,9,9 = 89
    Situps: 12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12 = 96
    Squats: 18,18,16,14,14,12,12,12 = 116

    Total reps: 359

    Wheels came off during the squats.

    Pushups - 18,12,12,10,8,9,7,7 83 (totally fell apart on these)
    Situps - 12,14,14,14,14,15,16,15 114
    Squats - 16's 128

    Total 383

    This time:
    Pullups - 14,11,6,5,6,6,5,6 - 59
    Pushups - 17,14,9,8,10,8,8,7 - 81
    Situps - 13,14,13,14,12,13,13,13 - 105
    Squats - 17,17,17,16,17,17,17,20 - 138

    Total reps - 383. EXACT TIE. Totally fell apart on the pushups. It was ridiculous.
