Wow, Dave! Solid... especially those pull-ups. When I do this tomorrow, I am going... for the first time, not pace at all. I am going to do as many as possible in the first set and continue that mindset. Numbers won't be as good, but the effect will be more.

Dang Dave, would have been a good race. Nice work on those pull ups for sure. That is really strong with the dead hangs.

Pull-ups were dead hangs and they were brutal to maintain a 7. Tough little WOD, I forgot how much it sucked.
