    Felt foggy this morning after my buddy's pizza and beer (and wine) gathering, slept bad... still got up at 6:30 and banged this out... feel a lot better for it too.

    Jason (said buddy) got this done 30 seconds later. He ran, and did 1/2 depth RD's (full with vest weren't an option for the man).

  2. My modifications for this are: 10 strict Pull-ups and Ring Dips. 400m runs.

  3. I tried but I couldn't get a burpee/muscle up wearing a 20# vest, so I did this unweighted. Runs about 440ish. 18:42
