Rows, HSPU's and Double Unders

  1. Tough WOD. Getting back on the rower after DU's was brutal. My DU's need some serious work. I could only string a few together at a time which increased the suck factor.

  3. Damn Chris, for struggling on the DU's you did pretty darn good?!! That's a great time. TT 19:09, with HSPU's to AbMat. First round of HSPUs were bad because I rowed too hard (like 1400 cal/hr pace) so by round three I was more like 880 cal/hr. so I was able to breathe enough for DUs. Regionals are next weekend!
