Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1

  1. Worked up to 145# for a triple of Power Snatch/Hang Squat Snatch/Snatch/ then worked up to 170 with a Power Snatch/Snatch combo. then hit 175 and 180 on the snatch. Just barely missed 185 and tore my thumb skin, so called a day but feel good about it.
