  1. Did this a little different with hands shoulder width apart and palms out, much much harder than palms in and hands together.

    3x35 tiny kip on 3
    3x40 tiny kip on 3
    45x1
    50x1
    55x1 tiny kip at top
    60 not a chance

  2. Did this last Thursday also. I kept the same format I used then. I plan on doing at least once a week.
    1x10 body weight
    1x10 w/25lbs
    3x5 w/35lbs
    2x3 w/53lbs
    5x1 w/70lbs
    2x3 w/53lbs
    3x5 w/35lbs
    1x10 body weight.
