  1. Wanted to do this today because my legs are still damaged from the walking lunges Monday.

    Did a bit heavier on the bench press, went 175. This time pullups were strict dead hang.

    BP: 13,10,9,10
    DHPU: 11,9,6,6

    Jason did 135, 2/3 ROM cos of his shoulder
    BP: 13, 10, 11, then barx50
    DHPU: 5,6,7,5

    warmed up with 50x bar on bench, row 500M

    Finished with tabata curls and tricep extensions. Haven't done "body building" type lifting in years, but it was fun, and actually brutal doing Tabata. I always say I want to build up my arms but I never do it. I want to do this every 5 days... sorry if you think that's "gay"...

  2. Fletcher, even the NBA says its not cool to refer to that as "gay." I think the proper term is "narcissistic all show no go muscle development." I think you should do it every three days and post selfies of your post work "pump" on Facebook:)

  3. LOL. Dork. My arms are disproportionately small compared to my man boobs... whereas Chris' are disproportionately BIG. LOL... trying to get Chris to post a comment. Let's see if that works.

  4. Good one Craig. Here I am, still lurking in the bushes. I know I need to post more often. Especially because of the new rower I have now. Man that thing is an ass kicker. I know the weight challenge is been over for quite some time but just a shout out that I'm down 16 pounds. It feels good to keep the weight off.

    I'll be around more often, I promise.

  6. It get's harder as you get older, believe me. Just imagine if we didn't do CrossFit. I'd probably way 250 by now.
