or your a mouse

50 squats
7 muscle ups
10 135# HPC

  1. Pass the cheese please. I did this the regular way because I think pistols are out of the question for my left knee forever.
    Did get two PRs in one wod though, 6 consecutive muscle ups in round one and a total time of 10:31 for a more than 2 minute pr. Wow, I forgot what a metabolic crusher this is.
