7 Rounds 15 Back/Hip Ex/3 Strict Muscle Ups

  1. I managed one strict muscle up as part of my warm up, but that was it. Worked on adding the games style turn out to my consecutive muscle ups and actually got it in round 5 and then did three in a row in round 7 with the turn out, so that was cool. Did this in 11 flat with kipping muscle ups.
