  1. This was a tough ass WOD. Sweat was pouring out of me on this one. Scaled dumbbell squat cleans to 35# because my shoulders are fried. Still an ass kicker.

  2. I am thinking 115 lb barbell squat cleans will be a good sub. I have 50 lb DBs though, but damn, that sounds horrible, and I like the technique work of the barbell so much more. We'll see... but for now, I am thinking barbell SC's @ 115.

  3. Whoa. That was gnarly. This was my 6th day working out in a row, so my body was tired when I woke up. Rode bike to/from work yesterday (30 miles). Subbed 850M rows (850 was where I was at when Jason and Heath returned from run #1 so that's how I gauged it, both of those guys are darn good runners).

    First round did 50 lb DB SC's, rounds two and three did 125 lb PCs. Jason did 40 lb SCs throughout, and Heath 35's.

    Didn't decide to switch to PCs until after round 1, so getting the barbell ready took a good minute too. Have a golf tournament tomorrow with my dad (one we do every year) so I wanted to not do too many squats, legs are already in ruins.

    NOBODY that I know does burpees faster than Jason. It's just weird.
