Wouldn't be Memorial Day without MURPH. A little time to reflect on how lucky I am to live here and for those who have given protect all of our freedom and for those who have given all to protect our freedom. Still had the 275# on the bar, so I threw in a deadlift for every broken round off pullups and squats for personal reasons. No unbroken pullups about 8 broken rounds of squats, closest I have ever come to passing out in a workout is after those deadlifts. Runs well over a mile.
