Run 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 400m

  1. Not the greatest, but seeing how I didn't get many workouts in the past several months, not bad. Soccer season ended this week, so I'll be able to pick it up.

    Not real happy with this performance. Need to hit some 400m intervals get the legs back on track.

    Nice consistency Dave, and real nice 1:25 to finish out.

    1200m - 5:42.51
    800m - 4:00.30
    400m - 2:01.36

    Improved in all of the runs.
