This went down on the blog as "Cindilicous" last time... I don't know how I completed 4RFT + 384M rowing? This morning I got 4 rounds on the nose with :02 left on the clock, and I had to push REALLY hard in round 4 to make it happen. My goodness that was a gasser.
Made it to 3 rounds + 400m run + 5 pull-ups + 4 push-ups.

ReplyDeleteOh, and I subbed 500M rows as usual. There's nothing like doing "rounds of Cindy" after rowing sprints.
