AMRAP 20 min of 400m run and 3 rds of Cindy

    Broken down to
    1600m run
    50 pull-ups
    94 push-ups
    135 squats
    Almost half way through Murph

  2. This went down on the blog as "Cindilicous" last time... I don't know how I completed 4RFT + 384M rowing? This morning I got 4 rounds on the nose with :02 left on the clock, and I had to push REALLY hard in round 4 to make it happen. My goodness that was a gasser.

  3. Oh, and I subbed 500M rows as usual. There's nothing like doing "rounds of Cindy" after rowing sprints.
