For time Pull-ups and Runs

  1. Did this yesterday. Spent the Holiday weekend up in Alabama climbing and hiking. Pulling muscles a little sore from that.
    Only did the L-sit pullups and the strict pullups plus the runs (900m)
    Run 1 4:07.92
    L-sit 4:33.02
    Run 2 4:20.61
    Strict 4:20.68
    TT 17:22.23
    Only had 20min for dinner to be done, so I stopped there.
