I did Elisabeth with full squat cleans because I have been severely neglecting my HSPs and I never was any good at them anyway.
My pr is technically 7:47, but that was without touching the shoulders to the rings, so I am going to call today a PR.
Somehow I managed to go sub 8 minutes with squat cleans and shoulder touches on dips. 7:52 PR! It completely destroyed me. I was doing the full on laying on the ground rolling around and "yelling grunting moaning" in agony as both by hamstrings and pectoral muscles threatened to cramp up viciously. Great work out!
I think "yelling grunting moaning" is considered a technical crossfit term.
