Did 25 instead of 50 med ball squat cleans. My 800m are always 900m unless for a time trail, than 800m. They were also easy runs. I wanted a 15 minute workout. Didn't do that. TT 20:30.87
I did this rx'd at the local track. Good wod and i felt pretty good today. Kept a good pace and did not go into metabolic disaray. Cleans: 2:26/2:58/3:08 Runs: 4:20/4:38 Last 800m 4:26 with 400m split 2:22/2:04
Total time 21:59
I was happy about my last 400m split. Have a feeling this one is going to hurt later.
Jason, now in his 8th month of CrossFit, did this one this AM and got er' done in 21:34 RX'd. His first two rounds were 15:00... finished last round with a 1 minute less split time... he pushed HARD on that last round. He had some annoying guy yelling at him to "pick that damn ball up" and "run! run! run! let's go!" too... LOL
