4 Rounds of Row 50, 40 GHD, 30 Pullups

My forearm strain is not healing and I have hardly done anything with it... so now I am trying the "work through the injury" approach.... but even a singular pull up send searing pain, so can't do those. So I did 3 rounds of this but scaled GHDs to 30 and did 30 wall balls instead of the pullups. Had to stop like 3 times. Once the dog got out, once had to tie my shoe, then once my son crashed his motorcycle in the driveway. LOL. 22 minutes or so. Not fast... just trying this injury out. Probably go bike tomorrow AM... if I am not lazy and sleeping in before I have to take my mom to the airport.

  2. Did 3 rounds. GHD sit-ups were 20 reps.
