Karen (lots about your shoulders)

  1. Did this right after shoulder press 3's... and funny because I didn't know my PR... just went and did my best, and tied my PR exactly at 7:29. First 75 were done in 3:29. Shoulder burner. Can't do any pulling for a while... tweaked a ligament or something in my left forearm doing those heavy power cleans in Alexander a week ago. Golfed this past week and it really hurt... hurt some more doing Karen.

    Jason got er done in 8:18! PR for him.

  2. I went back to 13.3 and I wussed out completely on the Karen portion. Not sure what happened. But I completely fell apart after 60 reps.

    Wallked right over and got my damn muscle up.

    If i could have just been near the 8 minute mark on the 150 wall balls I could have done it dammmmiittttttttt!!!!!

    Somedays I hate cross fit.
