Did this one slow and steady. Multiple reps of 205# clean and jerk is right at the limit of my abilities. About 20 to 40 seconds between reps. TT: 14:25 as rx'd.
I'm here, still doing the WOD's and loving the new rower. It's been getting alot of use lately. That thing is a total ass kicker. Good to see the blog is still going strong. Sorry to hear about your arm.
Justin, damn impressive doing this WOD RX'd. I had to scale of course, but still a good WOD.
I did Dead lifts instead of the C&Js. Same weight and reps. I used it as my second warmup. Today is Dead lift day for my strength days. All you guys kick my ass at anything heavy, so I need to work on it. TT 6:15.87

ReplyDeleteSo for this one I did 3 rounds of 27 GHDs and 27 back squats at 165 in 13:45. At least I did some work you know... where's Chris?
