The Ghost

  1. This was a gasser, of course. Rowing sprints, burpees, and DU's, all mixed together in interval style training.

    Going from rowing sprints (and transitioning off of the rower) to burpees became quite evil the last two rounds.

    First CrossFit WOD in about a week. Forearm hasn't healed very much. The older I get, the longer it takes to heal.

  3. Dave and Fletcher, you guys are studs. This one destroyed me before the first round was over. I went hard (like 95-97%ish) in the first row and then did 10 burpees in a row and then I realized I wasn't just in the red zone but that I had just blown my motor.

    I managed to finish and thenI ended up taking a phone call while I was drinking my post wod shake and by the time I hit the shower my shoes were literally filled with sweat.

    I was falling apart in round 6, well actually I was a complete mess 20 seconds into the first round of double unders...

    Funny thing is, I can't wait to try this one again as it was fun even though it hurt.

  4. I don't know if I am a stud... I think I only got 24 calories rowed in round 1, but you know... my rowing isn't what it used to be and I don't know why. I think I need to train more consistently and eat cleaner and drink less. As usual... Dave, the party is at your house!
